Return & Refund Policy

At Hyou, we want you to have a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. Please read our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The request is raised within 7 days of order delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact

  • The product is not damaged or altered


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during sale / clearance

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Innerwear or personal wear items (if applicable)


3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size or color, subject to stock availability

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Only one exchange per order is permitted

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed as per policy.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us via email or phone with your order ID and reason

  2. Our team will review and approve the request

  3. Return pickup or self-shipping instructions will be shared

  4. Product will be inspected upon receipt

HYou reserves the right to approve or reject any return request.


5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after quality inspection

  • Approved refunds will be credited to:

    • Original payment method (for prepaid orders), or

    • Bank account / store credit (for COD orders)

⏳ Refund processing time: 7–10 business days


6. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to wrong or defective product, return shipping will be borne by HYou

  • For all other cases, return shipping charges may apply


7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging

Failure to report within the given time may result in rejection of the request.


8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed as per refund timelines


9. Changes to Policy

HYou reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
